What is kiap.ai?
Kiap is the AI super app for business, built by Bistank Pte Ltd in Singapore. Websites, CRM, invoicing, client portal, email, live chat, analytics and lead discovery in one login.
Can I use just one module?
Yes. Start with Sites or Invoicing and switch on more later. The data joins up because every module shares the same platform.
What if a tool my job needs does not exist?
Tell us. Dedicated workflows get built on the same API, so the new screen still uses the records you already have.
Do I have to move all my data at once?
No. Most teams start with one workflow, often invoicing or the website, then migrate the rest. We help with imports from spreadsheets, other CRMs and email providers.
Who do I pay and who do I email?
Bistank Pte Ltd, for both. One invoice covers every product and module, and one team answers for all of it.
Is my business data safe?
Stored with PDPA-aligned controls, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your workspace is yours. We do not sell or share your data.
