• Access templates, themes, and design components
• Manage and publish website content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the original content you create using our Service. By uploading or creating content, you grant Bistank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, templates, and documentation, is owned by Bistank and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of our platform.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans, subject to our refund policy
• Free Tier: Free accounts have limited features and may be subject to usage restrictions

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create websites promoting illegal activities, violence, or hate speech
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated traffic
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Mine cryptocurrencies using our infrastructure
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BISTANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bistank, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, then delete it permanently
• Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination
