Lumen Corp operates 12 retail locations across Singapore, each with point-of-sale systems, inventory databases, and customer Wi-Fi networks. After a scare with a point-of-sale malware at a competitor, their leadership realised they had no formal cybersecurity infrastructure.

Their IT setup was ad hoc — consumer-grade routers, shared admin passwords, no endpoint protection, and no incident response plan. A breach could compromise customer payment data and destroy years of brand trust.

Through our managed cybersecurity partners, we deployed enterprise-grade endpoint protection, network segmentation, and real-time threat monitoring across all 12 locations. Each store was hardened with next-gen firewalls, encrypted Wi-Fi, and strict access controls.
